As a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles to a high standard, in line with manufacturer and client specifications.
- Ensuring all faults are accurately diagnosed and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Adhering to quality procedures and standards laid out by the garage and relevant manufacturers.
- Providing clear and detailed reports on work completed or required, ensuring transparency and excellent customer communication.
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.

- An MOT License is advantageous but not essential. If you do not currently hold an MOT License, the company may support you in obtaining this certification.
- Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models is preferred.
- Be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3).
- Have at least 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
- Be a great team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be highly motivated to meet individual and team targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
