  • Basic Salary: Circa £40k, Flexible Depending on Experience
  • Bonus Structure: Attractive Bonus Scheme
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm - Saturdays on a rota 
  • Location: Independent Garage, Based in the Oxted Area
Our client, an Established Independent Garage in the Oxted area, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team!


Role Overview As a Vehicle Technician for our client, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, identifying faults, and carrying out repairs on a variety of vehicles. You'll need to have experience working with a range of makes and models and be comfortable using the latest diagnostic equipment.


Key Duties:
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
  • Completing work within given timeframes and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work completed.
  • Participating in manufacturer training programs to further develop your skills.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.

What We Expect from You:
  • Experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician.
  • A MOT Testing licence is beneficial not essential.
  • Strong diagnostic skills are advantageous.
  • Experience working on a variety of makes and models of vehicles is desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified. Ideally, your background will be from an independent garage or main car dealership. You will need a strong work ethic and professional attitude for this rewarding career opportunity.
