Automotive Sales Manager Needed in Belfast
  • Basic Salary: Negotiable
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000+ Uncapped Earning Potential!
  • Working Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis: Mon-Wed 9am - 5:30pm, Thurs 9am - 8pm,  Fri 9am - 5:00pm & Sat 9am - 3pm
Our client, a well-established and highly reputable Main Dealer Group, is seeking a motivated and Organised Car Sales Manager join their hard-working team in their incredible dealership in Belfast.

Main Responsibilities as a Car Sales Manager:

You will oversee the day to day running of the showroom including vehicle valuations and sales; supervising the vehicle journey from workshop prep right through to imaging and showroom presentation. You will work alongside the divisional buyer, dedicated prep Technicians, detailers, and photography team so that you can deliver marketing standards. This role requires you to be organised and meticulous, paying very close attention to detail and setting a very high standard for the rest of the team to follow.

Other resposibilities for this Car Sales Manager role include: 
  • Supervising the full sales process, from web inquiry to phone & showroom.
  • Managing staff performance from structured 121’s to training & development.
  • Implementing department targets and brand KPI's.
  • Responsibility for buying in vehicles, as well as keeping stock pricing up to date.
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance within the Sales Department.
  • Managing and owning our Customer Satisfaction.
