- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
- Plus Bonus: £30,000 - £34,000 OTE
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturdays (1 in 3): 8:30am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
- Delivering expert service and aftersales experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
- Aligning and engaging with the customer communication strategy.
- Completing electronic records in an efficient and timely manner
- Working effectively with the Workshop Team and ensure that the ‘flow’ of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative
- Effectively using your skills and the resources available to you to become a specialist in your field.
