- Location: Thetford, Norfolk
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-17:00. No Weekends
- Salary: £26,000
- Benefits: Company Pension / Holiday Allowance: 25 days + bank holidays. Flexi-days after 6 months, taking you to 45 days leave TOTAL.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Duties of a Service Administrator:
- Provide first line customer support.
- Monitor the Customer Services inbox, actioning all avenues of customer enquiries received.
- Receive and log on Dynamics the result of all Customer emails and telephone calls, as well as logging all relevant documents.
- Process and expedite enquiries, and service/sales orders through to sales invoicing.
- Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any service and parts orders and ensure that customers are kept fully informed.
- Have exceptional communication skills and be able to mage and control engineers by phone and email – so building relationships is key.
- Previous automotive experience from an automotive service dept background.
- Good at organising diaries for people.
- Good on spreadsheets and Microsoft platforms.
- Be a very organised person and have a can-do attitude.
