Paint Sprayer Needed in Worcestershire
  • Location: Worcester
  • Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (to be discussed at interview stage)
  • OTE: Up to £50,000 OTE (including site bonus)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 
Main Tasks as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Understand and apply the principles of spray-painting technology, paint composition, and mixing methods. Keep up-to-date with product developments and improvements through training courses.
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work. Spray paint to the required finish and standard with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Use prescribed safety apparatus/clothing and attend company-arranged medicals. Report any deterioration in health or vision to your manager without delay.
  • Maintain company tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition, paying attention to fire hazards.
  • Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve common objectives and group targets.

Requirements for this Paint Sprayer role:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Technician in an accident repair centre
  • ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
