Warranty Administrator - Leeds

Our client a Commercial Vehicle Dealership is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team. 

You must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a Commercial Dealership, but our client is open to hearing from Candidates from a Car Dealership background.  
  • Basic up to £40,000 depending on experience!
  • Monday to Friday 
  • 8.30-17.30 
  • A secure role within a reputable and stable Commercial Automotive business.
  • Applications welcomed from Warranty Manager, Warranty Supervisors or Warranty Admin. As the exact nature of the role will be tailored to your skill level. 
  • Applications also welcome from anyone in the motor trade who has processed warranty or repair and maintenance.
For this Warranty Administrator role you will need:
  • Previous experience in  similar role - this is essential.
  • Experience of processing Warranty and Repair Maintenance - this is essential. 
  • Previous experience in a Commercial dealership preferred but open to hearing from people from a Car dealership background. 
  • Full UK driving license 
For this Warranty Administrator role you will be:
  • Ensure that all warranty and Repair Maintenance parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
  • Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
  • Occasionally providing assistance and support to the Retail administrator
  • Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
  • Action warranty and Repair Maintenance referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
  • Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximise claimable time.
  • Be proactive in maintaining the company's policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and Compliance.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required company.
  • Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
  • Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and Repair and Maintenance repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
  • Meet all KPI's set.
