We are in search of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join our Client’s Accident Repair Bodyshop in the Maidenhead area. Our Client is part of a small network of Bodyshops across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. They are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join their team working alongside a Group with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!


Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
 

  • Up To £45,000 Salary
  • Monday To Friday Hours / Saturday Rota
  • Accident Repair Centre Bodyshop Environment
  • Previous Bodyshop Supervisory Experience Required
  • Background On The Tools - Advantageous (Paint, Panel, MET)

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
 

  • Controlling a team of Bodyshop productives including the workflow, allocation etc.
  • Managing customers expectations both whilst on site and by telephone
  • Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto the system
  • Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards
  • Managing progress of all jobs
  • Liaising with the customer during progression of work

  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving Licence
