We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our team. This exciting split-role combines responsibilities across Service and Parts, offering variety and the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive environment.
Salary of this Aftersales Advisor Role:
- Basic up to £28,000
- OTE £30,000
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (45 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00 (paid in addition to salary).
- Preparing repair estimates from eVHCs, including identifying correct parts using the electronic manufacturer’s catalogue.
- Picking and ordering parts, ensuring stock accuracy.
- Upselling repair work and advising on additional services.
- Managing tyre and oil stock, including ordering, receipting, booking out, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ordering workshop consumables and ensuring timely availability.
- Providing customers with progress updates and liaising with internal departments.
- Preparing and organising paperwork, such as pre-printing job cards and related documentation.
- Loading digital service records efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in an automotive aftersales role (service or parts).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A customer-first approach with a proactive attitude.
