What Will You Be Doing as a Centre Manager?
  • Leading the daily operations of the automotive centre, ensuring business objectives are met
  • Managing and motivating the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing stock control, security, and compliance with company policies
  • Providing training and development to your team where necessary
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by maintaining equipment and upholding Health & Safety standards
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service levels
What Do You Need to be a Centre Manager?
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the Automotive Industry
  • Strong technical knowledge or mechanical background
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment with a focus on performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
  • A full UK Driving Licence
