Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician Required in Orpington, South London

  • Pay: Up to £45,000 + £20,000 uncapped Bonus
  • Hours: 40 hours per week – Flexible start between 6 AM and 9 AM (Monday - Friday ONLY)
  • Location: Orpington

Our client, a leading Crash Repair Workshop with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their professional Crash Repair Team in Orpington.

About the Role: As a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out panel beating, prepping, painting, and stripping/re-fitting tasks to a high standard
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
  • Ensuring all repairs align with manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (either with a main dealer or independent bodyshop)
  • Multi-brand experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ATA or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential
