Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and finance options.
- Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-ups and a seamless customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high dealership standards and support business growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions using the dealership’s CRM system.
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive sales environment.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
