- SALARY: Up to £45,000 per annum pending experience/qualifications plus additional bonus/overtime earned.
- HOURS: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm paid as overtime at an enhanced rate.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working with a large team, as a Master Vehicle Technician, you will act as our client's specialist in the repair, servicing and preparation of vehicles (from internal combustion engines through hybrid to fully electric vehicles), whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers’ complete satisfaction. You will also help supervise the workshop in the Workshop Controller's absence and play a pivotal role in mentoring/developing other Vehicle Technicians in the workshop, particularly Apprentices. You will be at the forefront of technical and diagnostic ability to spearhead technical excellence across our client's range of vehicles.
To be eligible you need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Swindon region and be fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair as well as additional manufacturer-accredited training to a Senior/Diagnostic or Master Technician level. Alternatively, if you aren't quite at that level but have an IMI Level 3 in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement and specialist in working on hybrid/electric vehicles then we want to talk to you! Overall, you will need to hold a UK driving license, be a committed individual and be a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.
