- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
- Leading the service department and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Managing customer bookings and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Communicating effectively with customers, offering professional advice on services and repairs.
- Managing technician workload and ensuring optimal productivity.
- Handling customer queries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in a main dealership or automotive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A professional and friendly approach, with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Competitive salary of up to £32,000 basic with an OTE of £40,000.
