  • Salary: Up to £32,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established, highly reputable main car dealership in Norwich. Key Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Leading the service department and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Managing customer bookings and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, offering professional advice on services and repairs.
  • Managing technician workload and ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
What We're Looking For in a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in a main dealership or automotive environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • A professional and friendly approach, with a drive to exceed expectations.
