  • Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00

  • Job security of working at a well established, manufacturer approved accident repair centre
  • Candidates from a vehicle maintenance and repair background will be considered if they have good knowledge of auto electrics
Our client is a manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre who are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join their team in Derby. This is a Monday - Friday role with flexible start and finish times. Although this is a bodyshop role candidates from a vehicle maintenance and repair background will be considered if they have good knowledge of auto electrics.

Our client is offering the successful MET Technician
  • Basic Salary up to £40,000.
  • OTE up to £50,000.
  • No weekends.
  • Flexible start and finish times.
  • Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00.
  • Job security of working at a well established, manufacturer approved accident repair centre.
Duties of a MET Technician
  • Carry out all mechanical and bodywork on allocated jobs.
  • Dismantling, fault-finding & diagnostic work.
  • Re-assembly with new parts as required.
  • Inspections and testing.
  • Identify faults or work that is found to be required, or considered to be advisable in the interests of safety.
What our Client expects of their MET Technician
  • Eye for Detail and Quality Awareness.
  • Experience of working as an MET Technician in a bodyshop is desirable. 
  • Vehicle Technicians with good knowledge of auto electrics will also be considered.
  • ATA would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Level 3 qualification desirable.
