  • Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: £35,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

My client is a respected main dealership in the Bedford area. They are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their growing team. This role is vital in ensuring an exceptional experience for customers by managing their automotive needs.

They are known for providing expert service to their customers making sure they have a top notch experience from start to finish. You'll enjoy a friendly team atmosphere, where supportive management fosters personal growth and development.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities with our client:
  • Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles
  • Handling inquiries, orders, and deliveries,
  • Utilising systems to check stock availability, process orders, and generate invoices.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements for a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
