Are you an experienced Service Advisor within the Motor Trade Do you have experience working in a fast-paced dealership environment? Are you comfortable with talking to customers both face to face and over the phone?

I am currently working with a long-established client of mine who are currently looking for an experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor for their franchised dealership located in the West of Edinburgh.

What is needed as a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
  • Ideally experience of working in a franchise dealership.
  • Possess fantastic Customer Service.
  • Comfortable in being in a fast-paced customer environment.
  • Comfortable in dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Able to relay information between the workshop Technicians and customers.
  • Able to maintain good knowledge of up-to-date vehicle servicing, repair and warranty policies.
  • Able to monitor and maintain progress on customers vehicles.
  • Can update customers on their vehicles.
What is on offer for a Service Advisor:
  • Basic Salary up to £27,000 – DOE
  • Achievable earnings of up to £35,000
  • 42 hour working week.
  • Monday – Friday.
