Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester - Crawley Independent Family-Run Service Centre
  • Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 Basic (DOE & Hours Worked) + £6,000 - £12,000 Annual Bonuses
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturday Mornings (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) – Our client prefers every Saturday but can discuss a rota
Our client, a reputable and growing family-run Service Centre, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their expanding team. Whether you're a well-rounded Technician or a dedicated MOT Tester, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values honesty, customer retention, and high-quality service over hard selling.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • Vehicle Servicing & Repairs – Carry out maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work
  • MOT Testing (Class 4 & 7) – Conduct inspections following DVSA standards
  • Timely & High-Quality Work – Ensure all jobs meet company and manufacturer standards
  • Professionalism & Customer Focus – Maintain the company’s reputation for quality service
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • MOT License (Class 4 & 7) – Highly desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Team Player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Motivated individual looking to develop skills and grow within a family-run business
