  • Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £32,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm 
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

My client is looking for a Service advisor at their main dealership. They're a group that offers fantastic career opportunities, state of the art dealership resources with new and used cars from a popular brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor within a growing company with dealerships across the country.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding services, repairs, and warranties.
  • Communicate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements for a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential, preferably within the motor trade 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to work independently or as part of a team 
  • Full UK Driver's License
