  • Franchised Main Dealer
  • 5-Day Work Week – One Weekend Day on a Rota
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:30
  • Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a rota)
  • Average 42.5 hours per week

This franchised main dealer is now seeking a Transaction Manager to join their high-performing team in Southampton.

Duties of a Transaction Manager:
  • Maximise profitability on vehicle sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support deal structuring and finance sales
  • Upsell finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with finance providers
  • Ensure all finance deals are compliant and accurately documented
  • Provide a seamless and professional buying experience for customers
  • Work towards set sales and finance targets

  • Proven experience in the motor trade as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support the Sales Team
  • A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales and finance targets
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and financial product sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A full UK driving licence
