- Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
- OTE: £50,000 - £55,000
- Hours: 5 days per week (1 in 3 Sundays on rota)
The Role As a Used Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring they drive away happy in their next vehicle. With a wide range of quality used cars on offer and a strong customer base, this is a fantastic opportunity to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:
- Engaging with customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
- Conducting test drives and presenting vehicle features confidently
- Negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless sales process
- Following up on leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a dealership or used car environment)
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to hit sales targets
- A full UK driving licence
