- Basic Salary: £34,000 + Bonus

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service operation, delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, and managing workflow through the accident repair centre. You will lead a team of service advisors and workshop staff, coordinating vehicle repairs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager:
- Plan and coordinate driver runs, ensuring efficient vehicle collection and delivery
- Book work into the workshop, managing repair schedules and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Oversee the front-of-house team, delivering excellent customer service and handling queries
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and work providers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with the Bodyshop Manager and Controller to manage repair progress
- Maintain compliance with insurance and manufacturer repair standards
- Previous experience in a senior role within an Accident Repair Centre or Automotive Industry
- Strong customer-facing and front-of-house management experience
- Excellent organisational skills to plan driver runs and job scheduling
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced accident repair environment
- Knowledge of insurance repair processes, service KPIs, and workshop coordination
