  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
  • Full-Time | Permanent Position
Our client, a well-established, family-run Crash Repair and Car Repair Specialist in Burgess Hill, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Paint Sprayer / Bodyshop Fitter to join their growing team.

The ideal Paint Sprayer / Fitter candidate will be responsible for carrying out preparation, painting, and minor repair work, as well as fitting replacement vehicle parts. You will work in a busy and friendly environment, ensuring high-quality repairs and refinishing work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Mixing and applying paint to vehicles to a high standard.
  • Carrying out minor body repairs as required.
  • Fitting replacement parts to damaged vehicles.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations in the workshop.
Requirements for this Paint Sprayer / Fitter:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a vehicle body shop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paint spraying techniques and body repair processes.
  • Ability to carry out minor repairs and fit replacement parts.
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Motivated, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
