- Basic Salary: £30k
- OTE: £50k plus
- Working days: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Controller:
- Encouraging a high referral rate from the Sales Executives.
- Passionate about your team and a role model to those who are working with you.
- Experience dealing with a high volume of vehicle sales.
- Strong team leadership skills and approachable member of management.
- Adapt to any situation that comes along, dealing with any issues and solving it in a timely, professional manner.
- Understand the importance of customer retention, ensuring everyone is receiving high customer service
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive within a main dealer environment
- Customer awareness.
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Full Driving Licence.
