About Our Client: Our client, a well-established Franchised Dealer Group with deep community roots in Kent, is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive for their Ashford dealership. Known for their stability, supportive working environment, and modern facilities, they represent a popular brand with a versatile range of commercial vehicles from 3.5 tonnes to 7.2 tonnes.

You'll be working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership with access to a broad customer base, including daily car drivers, commercial clients, and fleet buyers. With strong local business ties, this is a fantastic opportunity to build lasting client relationships and grow your career with a reputable group.

Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maximise profitability on all vehicle and product sales
  • Upsell finance, warranty, and accessory products
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of vehicles and associated products
  • Follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity
  • Ensure all sales comply with company and FCA regulations
What Our Client Expects from You:
  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales (essential)
  • Minimum three years' experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of LCV products and market trends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage appointments and follow-ups
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Right to work in the UK
