Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 Basic - £33,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Are you an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor? We are looking for someone like you to join our client’s industry-leading team at a well-established car dealership based in Epsom, Surrey.

Role Overview:

As a Parts Advisor, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team, working closely with our Sales, Service, and Workshop departments. Your role will involve managing parts stock, assisting customers with their parts inquiries, and ensuring smooth and efficient parts operations within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:

  • Assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders

  • Managing stock control, ordering, and receiving parts

  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely availability of required parts

  • Providing accurate quotes and pricing information to customers

  • Processing parts invoices and handling payments

  • Maintaining a well-organized and efficient parts department

  • Ensuring excellent customer service by offering product advice and support
