As an Automotive Workshop Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the smooth operation of the service department, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities of this Workshop Controller vacancy include:
- Manage the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Allocate and prioritise workshop jobs for Vehicle Technicians.
- Monitor and manage job progress to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding their vehicle status and additional service needs.
- Ensure all workshop processes comply with franchise standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Previous experience in a workshop or service department (ideally within a car dealership or automotive environment).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an advantage.
