Sales Support/Customer Aftercare Executive required in Swindon. 
  • Basic salary plus a bonus scheme providing annual on-target earnings between £28-35,000 per annum. 
  • 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Our client, the UK's leading supplier of vehicle hard top canopies, tonneau covers and accessories, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Support/Customer Aftercare Executive to join their family-run business in Swindon 

Reporting to the Business Owner and working as part of our client's sales team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting customers via pre-arranged appointments.
  • Upselling products/services.
  • Offering technical support to customers.
  • Processing warranty claims.
  • Manage customer complaints.
  • Assisting the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
To be eligible you will have strong communication and negotiation skills, an eye for detail, a positive attitude, a problem solver, be self-motivated, and have a full UK driving licence with minimal points. 
You will also need to have a good practical understanding of automotive vehicles and any previous experience working in the motor industry in a customer service/sales-orientated role would be highly desirable.
