As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing stock, handling customer inquiries, and providing expert advice on vehicle parts. You’ll work closely with both retail customers and trade clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative work, all while being part of a friendly and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor With Our Client:
- Providing excellent customer service to retail and trade clients, ensuring they receive the right parts efficiently
- Managing stock levels, ordering parts, and ensuring accurate inventory control
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all required parts are available for scheduled repairs
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Offering expert product knowledge and advice to customers and colleagues
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of vehicle parts and stock control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail
