Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Weybridge area is currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their Automotive Aftersales Workshop Team. Our client wants to hear from any Service Advisor with BMW, Mercedes, Audi experience. 

This is a exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic brand in a state of the art dealership with no expense spared and a great working environment.  Our client is looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to deliver a world class and memorable experience every time our clients customers from the moment they first walk through the door. 

You will need to have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate a high level of Customer Service and Communication skills throughout your career to date. Full customer service brand training will be provided and a real career path with a well respected dealer group is on offer to the right applicant.

Day to day duties of a Service Advisor are as follows: 
  • Going beyond the call of duty to ensure you deliver world class customer service
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
  • Liaison with customers about any additional work required
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop and updating customers throughout the day 
The salary will be experience dependable with a £35,000 realistic OTE which is uncapped and can be more. 

The dealership has an outstanding customer centric bonus scheme in place heavily based on exceptional customer service and therefore the potential earnings are outstanding. 

You will be based in the Weybridge, Surrey area working at our clients Car Dealership.
