Our client, a renowned Super Car & Luxury Vehicle Dealership, is seeking an personable, customer-focused Showroom Host to be the face of their stunning showroom. This role is an outstanding opportunity for a polished professional who enjoys creating an unforgettable experience for VIP clientele.

The Role of a Showroom Host / Administrator
  • Welcoming customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they have an impeccable five-star experience.
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Offering refreshments and ensuring the showroom maintains an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
  • Assisting the sales and management teams with administrative support and daily showroom operations.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the prestige and excellence of the dealership.
What We Are Looking For in a Showroom Host:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Showroom Host, Front of House, Receptionist, or Customer Service experience within a luxury environment (Automotive, Hospitality, or Retail).
  • A passion for the luxury industry with an understanding of high-end brands and clientele expectations.
  • An impeccable presentation and professional manner that aligns with the brand’s prestige.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with VIP customers.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, able to multitask and assist in different areas of the showroom.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Kerridge (desirable but not essential).
