- Location: Newhaven
- Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + Bonus (£80 extra for Sundays worked)
- Hours: 5-day working week (Sunday on rotation)
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on rotation, paid extra)
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Branch Manager:
- Supporting the Fast Fit Manager in the daily operations of the centre.
- Ensuring smooth workflow and delivering excellent customer service.
- Managing paperwork, invoicing, and stock control efficiently.
- Assisting in achieving sales and performance targets.
- Leading and motivating the team to maintain high standards.
- Previous experience in a fast fit, service, or automotive environment.
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in billing and paperwork.
- A proactive individual with great initiative and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused setting.
- Competitive salary (£26,000 - £32,000) + bonus.
