Reporting to the senior management team, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's sales operation forward. Responsibilities will include:
- Controlling and setting challenging but achievable targets/KPIs for your sales team whilst ensuring they are met.
- Motivating the team making sure the hard work is recognised and incentivised.
- Regularly monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement and act on any deviations.
- Create and maintain a customer-centric culture in the business focusing on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues within the team to devise and implement sales plans.
- Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities.
- Carry out key account management as well as new business development.
- Work to achieve the agreed business plan and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including warranty).
- Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the overall security of the stock and premises.
