  • Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + OTE £42,000
  • Hours: 42 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a leading main dealer in Worcester. You will be part of a supportive and professional team, working on a range of vehicles to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Complete detailed service reports and ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards.
  • Work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop productivity targets are met.

The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Motor industry experience in a workshop or dealership environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) is desirable but not essential.
