  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year + Bonus Potential (OTE £35,000)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends!)
  • Holiday: 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 days with service, plus bank holidays on top.
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a dealer network representing a well-known franchise brand in Cambridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to customers, ensuring their vehicle needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has experience in the automotive industry. With a competitive base salary and excellent bonus potential, you can earn an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 annually, all while enjoying a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts!

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and providing a high level of customer service
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing the service booking system
  • Advising customers on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Handling customer queries and concerns professionally
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate service records
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vehicle service processes is an advantage but not essential
