Mobile SMART Repair Technician – Worcestershire
  • Salay: £30,000 basic + achievable bonus (OTE £40,000+)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, No weekends
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to join a leading national SMART repair company covering the Worcestershire region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and minor bodywork damage, ensuring a first-time fix ethos to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities as a Mobile Smart Repairer:
  • Carry out SMART repairs on vehicles at dealerships and retail customer locations.
  • Perform paintwork, re-spraying, prepping, and minor bodywork repairs.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Manage workload efficiently while working independently on the road.
  • Maintain the company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
What’s on Offer within this Mobile Smart Repairer role?
  • £30,000 starting basic salary.
  • Performance-based bonus – OTE upwards of £40,000 per annum.
  • Fully equipped state-of-the-art company van with fuel allowance.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

  • Monday to Friday work schedule – No weekends!
  • Uniform, mobile phone, and payment machine supplied.
  • Regular training at an IMI-certified training centre, with the opportunity to gain ATA accreditation in SMART repair.
Requirements as a Mobile Smart Repairer:
  • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (mobile or workshop-based) preferred.
  • Automotive accident repair experience with skills in paint spraying, prepping, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and well-organised, able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
