Our client is a well established manufacturer owned dealership in Staines. They are looking for an Automotive Car Sales Retail Manager! Our client is looking for a Business Manager / Sales Manager who can look after finance, GAP and other regulated products.

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Retail Manager: 
  • Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
  • Responsibility for all financing, GAP and other regulated products.
  • Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services.
  • Control of all payments/commissions, for vehicles and F&I products, both from customers and finance companies.
  • Ensuring all F&I transactions are made in accordance with FCA regulations and code of practice.
  • Relationship management between finance companies and our client.
The Successful Car Sales Retail Manager will have: 
  • Previous experience in a business manager role within the automotive industry. Whether that be main dealer, independent or car supermarket. 
  • A full understanding of vehicle finance and other related products.
  • Solid experience of managing warranties and GAP at high volumes.
  • A full UK driving license. 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and exceed sales targets monthly.
