Service Manager – Reputable Volume Dealer – Cambridge

Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity with a reputable volume dealer in Cambridge? We’re partnering with one of the most respected names in the automotive industry to find the right candidate to join their team.

As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the service department. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the team consistently achieves performance targets. Your leadership skills and expertise will be key to maintaining the dealership's high standards and growing the service department's success.

Package for this Service Manager role:
  • Basic Salary: £38,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Department Bonus: Based on performance
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Employee Benefits: Including vehicle and service discounts
  • Holiday Entitlement: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days with service

What We’re Looking For in a Service Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar management role within the automotive industry.
