Our client is a well-established, busy insurance-approved accident repair centre, committed to providing high-quality service and support to their customers. Due to our continuous growth, they are looking to add to their customer service team with a dedicated and proactive Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join their office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive outstanding support throughout the automotive body repair process. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and online, managing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will work closely with both customers and our internal teams to ensure the highest level of service is provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and online queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding repair status, insurance claims, and any other customer-related concerns.
- Schedule appointments and repairs in accordance with customer needs and insurance requirements.
- Process and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring accurate information is recorded and communicated.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns, liaising with relevant departments to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, procedures, and insurance partnerships to offer expert advice to customers.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer expectations and support the overall success of the business.
Details & Benefits of this Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor vacancy includes:
- Competitive Basic Salary of up to £35,000 p.a. + site performance bonus paid monthly + Saturday overtime = an overall salary of £40,000 p.a.
- Flexibility on Hours: 40 per week – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Saturday rota worked – 1 in 3 / 8.00am to 12.00pm – paid at time+half.
