Our client a Family Run Car Garage Group are currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our client’s well-established Car Garage in Leatherhead. The Bookkeeper role requires a hands-on individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day bookkeeping processes
  • Managing accounts payable
  • Ensuring accounts are presentable and ready for review
  • Processing payroll efficiently
  • Handling supplier payments
  • Preparing financial records for the accountant
  • Using Sage Accounts and the internal accounting system
The Ideal Bookkeeper Will Have:
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounts (essential)
  • Previous experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
