For this Warranty Administrator role you will need:
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Skilled in using web-based applications.
- Background in administrative tasks.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of analysing and interpreting data.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
- Valid evidence of the ‘Right to Work in the UK’.
- Identifies and maximises business opportunities by directing inquiries to the relevant colleague or department.
- Continuously seeks ways to minimise waste and enhance quality, contributing ideas for better services, products, or operational efficiency's.
- Recognises and meets the needs of both customers and the company, reflecting this in their work.
- Understands the importance of delivering work on time and with accuracy.
- Exhibits honesty, diplomacy, and strong ethical standards, building positive and lasting working relationships.
- Perform a diverse range of tasks within a specific area to support client in achieving its corporate objectives.
- Handle all warranty-related documentation promptly and accurately.
- Manage workload efficiently, responding to requests from colleagues and managers.
- Utilise time and resources effectively to meet task deadlines.
- Uphold the clients PPA principles by demonstrating appropriate behaviors with both internal and external customers.
- Anticipate customer needs and take a proactive approach to managing workload.
- Continuously seek out new methods to improve task efficiency.
