Our Client a privately owned dealer group, represents one of the most popular and forward-thinking brands within the automotive business, and as a group has been representing this brand for over 40s year across multiple dealerships across the Southeast.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's valued customers. You'll harness your exceptional customer service skills to assist customers with their vehicle servicing and repair needs. From booking appointments to providing accurate quotes, you'll be the go-to person for all things automotive maintenance.
The successful Service Advisor will ideally have experience within the motor trade, ideally within a service advisor or service bookings position. You’ll need to share the manufacturers and company ethos’ of understanding their customers are invested in the right vehicle and products for them, in a market that’s for luxury customers who care.
The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive whilst being accurate. You'll be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

- Assisting with running workshop control.
- Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
- Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
- Producing estimating time and costs associated with repairs for customers.
- Handling customer complaints and responding to customer requests.
- Proving progress reports for customer ensuring vehicle is tracked through the workshop.
- Liaison with other members of staff
- Previous motor trade experience within a Service Advisor role or similar is prefered.
- A good technical understanding and general knowledge of how Motor Vehicles work.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
- Confidence in processing payments,
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team,
- Confidence in problem solving.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
