Our client, a well-established Franchised Main Car Dealer Group, is looking for a Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join their busy automotive team in Croydon, Surrey.

- Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all warranty, goodwill, and recall work is documented per manufacturer and company guidelines
- Liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure all necessary records are maintained
- Provide warranty claim advice and support to customers and internal teams
- Maintain warranty submissions, credits, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in the motor trade or transferable skills from a similar role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Comfortable using PC/web-based systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
