We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established, BS 10123-accredited accident repair group in Chatham, Kent. This company is one of the largest in the UK, working with multiple manufacturer approvals and cutting-edge equipment to ensure top-tier accident repair services.

Your responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out panel repairs and replacements to the highest standards.
  • Plan work efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manufacturer specifications.
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship to maintain customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Keep an organised workspace and follow workshop best practices.
What we’re looking for in a Panel Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 / ATA Accredited Panel Technician (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced accident repair environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
  • A fully stocked toolbox and full UK/EU driving licence.
  • A proactive, team-player mindset with strong attention to detail.
