Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity in a professional and friendly Bodyshop environment? Our client, a well-established and family-run Accident Repair Centre in Battersea, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team.

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are finished to the highest possible standard. You will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic workshop environment, where quality workmanship and attention to detail are paramount. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable and family-oriented business with a great working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring a flawless finish
  • Mixing and matching paint colours accurately
  • Painting of panels, half and full bumpers, and performing touch-ups as required
  • Carrying out all work effectively and efficiently within manufacturer repair times
  • Ensuring all work meets customer and company quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive Bodyshop environment
  • Ability to carry out all aspects of vehicle body repair and paintwork to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
