Sales Administration Manager required in Keynsham, Bristol. 
  • Basic salary between £33-40,000 per annum.
  • 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, a rapidly expanding van/light commercial vehicle leasing business located in Keynsham, just outside Bristol, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administration Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Business Directors and working as part of a friendly team in a modern office environment, as a Sales Administration you will be responsible for ensuring that the companies administrative duties are undertaken to deliver vehicles to customers smoothly and efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  
  • Chasing suppliers for vehicle registration and chassis details.
  • Creating finance documents and ensuring that these are completed correctly in line with financial guidelines.
  • Managing and ensuring that the administration process is efficient & seamless from Vehicle order to it's delivery
  • Creating and raising invoices to customers and the relevant suppliers.
  • Checking that payments have been received from customers and finance companies.
  • Notifying customers of any relevant information regarding their order and answering any queries they may have.
  • Ordering any additional accessories and ensuring that these are booked before delivery.
  • Booking delivery of vehicles and ensuring that these are delivered to the customer on time.
To be eligible you must have strong administrative experience (2 years+) in a role within the automotive industry such as vehicle logistics, finance, retail sales, or ideally a similar leasing/brokerage business. Management experience in a previous role is preferable but not a must. Overall, you must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst prioritising your workloads, be IT literate, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable with finance and numbers.
