Service Advisor Needed in Bolton  
  • Location: Bolton 
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm + 1-in-3 Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)
  • Salary: £30,463 per annum + bonus (OTE £34,944)
Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable business that values customer service and offers excellent benefits and career progression.

Key Responsibilities for a Service Advisor:
  • Guide customers through the servicing process, from initial booking to vehicle collection
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Advise on costs, timescales, and additional services as needed
  • Arrange courtesy cars and liaise with Technicians to keep customers updated on progress
  • Gain customer authorisation for additional work and manage invoicing
  • Promote dealership products and services confidently
  • Occasionally move customer and courtesy cars (valid UK driving licence required)
What our client is looking for in a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership setting
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally face-to-face and over the phone
  • Experience using Kerridge, ADP Autoline, or Keyloop/CDK Drive is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £30,463 per annum (£29,120 for weekdays + £1,343 for Saturday rota)
  • Bonus scheme: OTE £34,944 + additional commission on Service Plans
