We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our clients reputable commercial vehicle business in Enfield to work on either their night shift or day shift team.
The successful HGV Technician will need to have a professional track record in the role alongside an NVQ Level 3 in HGV Repair and maintenance or equivalent and have a minimum of two years’ work experience.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager and working as part of a team, your key objectives as a HGV Technician will include:
- To complete all service and defined maintenance work of the utmost quality and efficiency within manufacturers' time schedules.
- Provide professional performance in all aspects of work activities to make an essential contribution to the value and retention of customers.
- Supporting colleagues in the workshop with any technical issues and innovations.
- Ability to carry out comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions.
- To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
- Document the results of diagnosis/repairs/service/safety inspections.

- Company: HGV/Commercial VMU
- Hours: 4 on 4 off Night Shift Pattern / 6.00pm to 6.00am - Circa £23.68 per hour.
- Hours: 4 on 4 off Day Shift Pattern / 6.00am to 6.00pm - Circa £21.53 per hour.
