- Location: Preston
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays (overtime)
- Shift Pattern: 7am - 3:30pm / 8:30am - 4:30pm / 9:30am–6pm (Three weeks rotational)

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor / Receptionist:
- Manage, book, and maintain job cards, ensuring efficient processing
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
- Support the parts department with ordering parts and managing subcontractor work when needed
- Raise invoices from job cards/repair orders, ensuring proper invoicing and cash handling
- Report on time, hours sold, and provide statistics and budgetary information when required
- Provide a professional and friendly reception service
- Assist with retail invoicing and process administrative tasks
- Experience in a customer service environment, with some technical knowledge or administrative skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
