  • Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 DOE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM with Saturdays 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM 
Perfect Placement a leading Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is working on behalf of a Rental Automotive Business, a well-established vehicle leasing business in Mitcham, to find a Rental Advisor to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities within this Rental Advisor role:
  • Handle vehicle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, dealing with any customer queries or concerns.
  • Process rental documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, particularly for Uber drivers.
  • Assist with office administration related to vehicle rentals.
  • Coordinate servicing and repairs, booking vehicles into the company's dedicated garage.
Candidate requirements as a Rental Advisor:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or rental advisory role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle documentation accurately.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
